Upstairs at The Brewery Tap is the ideal private hire spot, totally exclusive with a capacity of 85, it holds endless possibilities! Just the right size for a buzzing atmosphere the room naturally divides itself into a spacious dining area and cosy soft seating space. Upstairs we’ve hosted a little bit of everything; including fine-dining wedding receptions, quirky craft fairs, quiz nights and debates, and we love a challenge! The layout of the room is entirely flexible and we are happy for you decorate and add personal touches. We can serve our full range of menus, from buffet to 3-course, and are eager to discuss personalised packages. We are pleased to host repeat bookings and already have repertoire that includes regular charity meetings, quiz nights, networking events and a creative writing group.
Private hire of the room is charged at £10 per hour for the first 3 hours, then at a fixed rate of £50 for all bookings exceeding this. A £50 deposit is required 7 days in advance for all catered events; this is of course fully redeemable against the total function cost.
Full of character, our unusual ‘snug’ is the perfect space in which to socialise and celebrate. The seating plan is flexible and can be easily adapted for different functions; from 18 people privately dining to 30 socialising and dancing. Slightly raised and overlooking the main bar it has a feeling of intimacy without losing the bustle and atmosphere of our lively venue. Ideal for all celebrations; be it Christmas parties, buffet bookings or long, sociable dinners.
Known as the 300’s, up to 15 guests fit comfortably in this cosy and secluded area directly adjacent to the main bar. It is often reserved for intimate after-work drinks and nibbles,birthday meals and coffee meetings. With comfortable booth style seating and a flexible table plan, small groups of friends and colleagues can benefit from a bit of privacy with the convenience of the bar nearby.
