If you like your drinks locally produced, then we have the just the thing. Our two and a half barrel brewery, displayed in pride of place upstairs, is producing our very own Leodis lager. It is brewed, fermented, and conditioned on site and then served straight from the tanks to the bar. Functioning brew-pubs are something of a rarity, but brewing an in-house lager is really special. We are incredibly proud of our micro-brewery and our Leodis, ask any of our enthusiastic staff if you would like to try a taster and hear more about our exceptional set-up.
Leodis is a continental style 4.6% lager produced using eastern European hops and genuine lager yeast. Distinctive but easy to drink, we would encourage you to take a break from your usual tipple and give our Leodis a try. Our duel font allows us to brew and serve two different recipes at once; this is where we can get really creative! When the experts at the Leeds Brewery fancy experimenting we serve a seasonal Leodis, never the same twice, we utilise a wide range of brewing styles and ingredients to create something truly unique.
The Brewery Tap prides itself on our imaginative and unique drinks selection. With up to 28 draught products on at any time, including ales and beers, real cider, lager, fruit and wheat beers, we have one of the widest and most specialist ranges in town! We take quality seriously; you will find only the very best products gracing our shelves and filling our fridges.
As a Leeds Brewery pub you can expect to see their full selection in pride of place, Leeds Best 4.3%, Leeds Pale 3.8% and Midnight Bell 4.8%, Yorkshire’s very finest! However we also search far and wide for the very best in guests ales, from both local breweries and those further afield we try to bring you something a little bit different and are willing to take recommendations.
But it’s not all about the beers! With a wine list crafted for us by local merchant Playford Ross, a top brand spirit selection, and a range of hot drinks and speciality coffees we’ve got something for everyone.
